About the Role
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Finance with a focus on Financial Planning and Analysis. This role involves guiding fiscal operations, contributing to the company's legacy of success, and leading financial strategies in a global and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial planning and policies.
- Establish fiscal controls, prepare financial statements, and monitor investment and banking relationships.
- Advise management on financial affairs.
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team in developing and monitoring annual budgets.
- Measure annual operating results against budgets.
- Oversee short and long-term financial planning and analysis of business operations.
- Forecast and measure future business performance.
- Manage the preparation and distribution of all internal and external financial reports.
- Maintain corporate financial systems.
- Configure, maintain, and generate reports from the finance information system, ensuring accuracy.
- Facilitate strategic decisions and tradeoffs by partnering with stakeholders to assess customer and marketing investment and productivity opportunities.
- Develop valuation models based on research of value drivers, economic environment, cost structures, pricing standards, prospects, and market information.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of business unit revenue performance and drive for automation.
- Lead the digitization of finance workflows and processes.
- Own the design and deployment of multi-dimensional models leveraging a data framework for single sources of truth across multiple use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Forecasting, Data Modeling and Visualization, Automation, and Business Analytics, Business Planning.
- Proven expertise in leading operational strategies within finance.
- Experience managing projects and resources.
- Experience leveraging skills in project management, change management, and process development/improvement.
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills are needed.
- Experience with data management methods, analytics deployment and orchestration tools, database and visualization tools for customer-facing applications is needed.
- Experience synthesizing large, complex data sets from various sources and building machine learning models, data science methods, and analytics is needed.
- Exceptional communication skills (storytelling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability.
