About the Role
As a technician in our team, you will work with experienced colleagues to ensure our buildings function smoothly. We collaborate closely to reliably operate and continuously optimize state-of-the-art facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the safe and smooth operation of supply and safety infrastructures in building control centers.
- Gain comprehensive training on supply and electrical engineering systems, as well as fire alarm and access control systems to quickly identify and resolve faults.
- Analyze control and regulation technology systems in building automation with a trained and critical eye, and optimize their parameters for efficient operation.
- Coordinate and commission external service providers and companies to ensure smooth building operations.
- Maintain meticulous documentation for complete records and manage maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks.
- Benefit from a reliable work-life balance with advance planning and few night shifts.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an MSR technician, electrician, HVAC technician, or refrigeration technician.
- Knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology for daily operational tasks.
- Experience in energy and supply technology to master challenges.
- Familiarity with building automation systems such as Siemens, Honeywell, or Sauter is ideal.
- Proficient experience with CAFM and TGA systems.
- Routine application of MS Office programs.
- Demonstrate commitment, initiative, and enjoyment of responsibility.
- Possess a service-oriented and friendly demeanor.
