About the Role

The King's Trust is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to define and drive the technology vision, ensuring systems, data, and platforms support the organization's ambitious strategy. This pivotal leadership role involves owning the Trust's solution architecture, influencing technology strategy, and leading the evolution of the enterprise landscape. The Lead Architect will collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape multi-year roadmaps, champion architectural best practices, and ensure technology decisions deliver value to colleagues and young people.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Trust's technology architecture strategy, driving scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
  • Shape multi-year technology roadmaps across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, data, integration, and emerging technologies including AI.
  • Influence senior leaders and provide architectural governance to ensure technology investments align with organizational priorities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Service Owners and Senior Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience designing complex enterprise solutions.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience translating strategic goals into practical technology outcomes.
