About the Role

This role supports the travel retail business by bridging commercial planning and operational execution. It is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment. The position involves managing the end-to-end product ordering process, assortment and inventory management, and coordinating product launches, events, and promotions to drive business performance and enhance the customer experience in Oceania travel retail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end product ordering process, including sales forecasting, coordinating with retailers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of new launches and marketing programs.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and product information.
  • Support the sales team with allocation planning and communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to ensure the right product mix is in place.
  • Review sales performance, identify assortment gaps, and monitor stock levels.
  • Resolve logistical issues to maintain healthy inventory.
  • Coordinate product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring smooth operational execution.
  • Prepare communications and distribute promotional materials.
  • Support VIP visits and brand initiatives.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational follow-through.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in sales operations, logistics, or planning.
  • Experience in travel retail, FMCG, or luxury/premium goods is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Oceania retail landscape (especially airports and travel hubs) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Must have full rights to work within Australia (working holiday visas will not be considered).
