About the Role

As a Senior Analytics & Insight Manager, you will be integral to the continued high performance of all campaigns at Billion Dollar Boy. You will take ownership of key projects within the Insights and Analytics team, managing day-to-day reporting, measurement solutions, and larger analysis projects, while also overseeing the work of more junior team members. You will collaborate closely with Client Services, Strategy, and Paid Media teams to enhance campaigns with in-depth analysis and insights. Working with global teams and our sister agency Companion, you will have the opportunity to work on global projects with well-known brands.

Responsibilities

  • Construct compelling data-led, in-depth insight stories and performance reports that provide a meaningful and client-relevant overview of past results, informing future decisions and recommendations.
  • Pull, blend, monitor, quality control, analyze, and visualize data from various first and third-party sources (social, audience, paid media, brand lift, conversion, etc.) to provide robust measurement setups tailored to client needs.
  • Build and monitor dashboards using Google Sheets and Data Studio to display real-time campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on social media platform analytics updates to ensure work remains at the industry's cutting edge.
  • Build client relationships and participate in client calls to discuss campaigns, insights, and key results.
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and advise internal stakeholders on measurement approaches or solutions.
  • Define measurement frameworks and implement strategies, tools, or processes to measure client objectives, effectiveness, and key hypotheses.
  • Set KPIs, benchmarks, targets, and forecasts to support business or investment cases.
  • Collaborate with the Companion team and lead or consult on data or insights improvements for our proprietary management platform.
  • Work alongside Strategy, Client Services, and Paid Media teams on UK and global campaigns.
  • Help manage and further train junior team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience required.
  • Creative or social media agency experience preferred.
  • Experience with a range of measurement solutions, particularly for content/performance analysis or tracking.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (advanced data analysis & visualization), Looker Studio (or general dashboarding), SQL, and working with/accessing databases.
  • Experience using and working with data from social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok), and other sources like paid media, Google Analytics/utm.
  • Experience with or interest in leveraging and implementing AI tools for workflow streamlining, enhanced analysis, reporting support, or trend detection.
  • Experience with third-party measurement solutions such as brand lift studies and sentiment analysis.
  • Organized with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing internal/external stakeholders throughout complex and/or long-term projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to write clearly without jargon and construct compelling insight stories using all available first and third-party data.
