About the Role
As a Management Assistant at BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH, you will reliably support the divisional management in daily business and keep all organizational threads together. You will support the divisional management with operational and organizational topics as well as efficient appointment coordination. You will process confidential documents and handle sensitive information responsibly. You will organize events, workshops, and conferences and take care of their preparation and follow-up. You will handle incoming and outgoing mail, including business correspondence and minutes. You will accompany the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure a smooth start. You will research information, prepare content, minute meetings, and follow up on agreed tasks. You will plan travel proactively and take care of travel expense accounting.

Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., office communication) or comparable qualification.
- High organizational skills and strong quality and responsibility awareness.
- Fluent German language skills at at least C1 level as the main working language.
- Structured, proactive, and independent way of working.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Confident and professional demeanor with clear, friendly, and goal-oriented communication.
- High reliability, loyalty, discretion, and flexibility.
- Team-oriented, committed, and solution-oriented personality.
- Experience in assisting construction projects is an advantage.
