About the Role

The Team Lead in Dynamics is responsible for the ongoing delivery, optimisation, adoption and support of BDO's Dynamics 365 platform. This role ensures the platform remains reliable, secure and aligned to business priorities while driving continuous improvement and user adoption, combining service ownership, business analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery, support and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Own and coordinate the delivery of platform enhancements, roadmap initiatives and service improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping and impact assessments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, user experience and platform adoption.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Drive adoption, change management and user engagement activities to maximise business value from the platform.
  • Monitor platform performance, service health, adoption metrics and data quality, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop reporting, insights and service metrics to support decision-making and measure outcomes.
  • Ensure the platform operates in line with governance, security, privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Support business case development, value realisation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance and support to a direct report while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft ecosystem experience.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
  • Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience driving adoption, change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong delivery, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance business needs, governance requirements and operational stability.
  • Experience supporting or leading enterprise CRM platforms, ideally Dynamics 365.
  • Experience coordinating or mentoring team members within a technology, applications or product environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience working with vendors, technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Experience in service ownership, platform optimisation and continuous improvement.
