About the Role

As a Sales and Service Support Operations Group member, you will perform a variety of sales and general administrative tasks while maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers. Please note that this department provides a wide range of support, so your responsibilities may change within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer, equipment, engineer, and other master data on the company's core system.
  • Process quotations, orders, parts shipments, administrative tasks, and accounting for parts sales and service repair requests promptly and accurately.
  • Handle sales administrative tasks such as creating and issuing maintenance contracts, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and on-call conditions to arrange, bill, and process sales according to service levels.
  • Collect accounts receivable.
  • Participate in business improvement projects.
  • Support engineers.
  • Comply with internal company policies (SOX, Legal, etc.).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive with strong soft skills, including professional and courteous verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent.
