About the Role
This role focuses on health management and promotion, including health guidance, education, and consultations. It involves mental health intake interviews, coordinating with industrial physicians, and managing stress checks and follow-ups for high-stress individuals. The position also includes health check-up guidance, post-examination follow-ups, health guidance, participation in heavy work consultations, safety and health committee meetings, workplace inspections, and hygiene education through seminars, posters, and newsletters. The role also encompasses general health-related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health guidance, education, and consultations related to health management and promotion.
- Perform mental health intake interviews and coordinate industrial physician appointments.
- Manage stress checks and recommend interviews for individuals with high stress levels.
- Provide guidance and follow-up for health check-ups.
- Offer health guidance based on check-up results.
- Attend consultations for employees engaged in heavy workloads.
- Participate in safety and health committee meetings and conduct workplace inspections.
- Conduct hygiene education, including operating and implementing health seminars, creating posters, and writing newsletters.
- Handle general health-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Public Health Nurse qualification.
- Class 1 Health Officer qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial health operations is desirable.
- English proficiency for business email communication is required. (TOEIC not taken is acceptable; discussion possible if comfortable with English.)
- Ability to proactively engage in employee health management with a cooperative attitude.
