About the Role

Help shape the future of workforce management through AI and automation. As the AI Solutions & Enablement Lead, you'll improve planning, reporting, decision making and operational efficiency by identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities. You will turn ideas into practical solutions that reduce manual effort, unlock valuable insights and help people work smarter.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities that improve workforce planning, reporting, forecasting and operational decision making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements and translate needs into practical technology solutions.
  • Design, build and prototype AI-enabled tools, workflow automations and decision support solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with data, reporting and technology teams to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable and fit-for-purpose.
  • Develop guidance, training materials and enablement resources that support the adoption of new ways of working.
  • Monitor solution performance and user feedback to continuously improve outcomes, adoption and user experience.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience designing, building and implementing AI, automation or workflow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering and business process automation.
  • Experience identifying operational challenges and translating them into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision making.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype, test and refine solutions in partnership with business users.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build solutions that meet real business needs.
  • Experience in workforce management, operations, technology, product or startup environments will be highly regarded.
