About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering international patient recruitment and clinical trial projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders across global markets, proactively manage project risks, optimize processes, and contribute to the successful execution of patient recruitment strategies that support clinical research worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee international patient recruitment projects across 30+ countries, ensuring quality, adherence to scope, and timely delivery.
- Implement effective operational processes and practices to improve performance, manage resources, and ensure compliance.
- Develop strategies for operational management and patient recruitment initiatives, addressing risks, and providing innovative solutions.
- Enhance efficiency and profitability in providing registry services and clinical trial recruitments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication.
- Manage and improve portfolio and project management processes.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Master's in Project Management (MPM), Bachelor or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Clinical Research, Health Informatics, Market Research, Biostatistics, Health Administration or Health Policy or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, clinical trials, or related fields.
- Proven track record in developing business processes and operational management.
- Strong communication skills in both English (and preferable another language) is a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project).
- A strategic and agile mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and intercultural competence.
