About the Role
Mace is seeking a French-speaking Senior Project Manager to manage refurbishment and fit-out projects for retail and corporate clients across the UK and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects valued from £100k to £20m, reporting to the Mace Account/Programme lead.
Responsibilities
- Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
- Delivering project plans from inception to construction.
- Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
- Overseeing budgets, risks and long‑term functional development.
- Managing design and consultant teams collaboratively.
- Managing teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
- Networking and drive best‑practice adoption across programmes.
Requirements
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the retail sector.
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Fluent in French.
