About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Berlin, Akazienstraße, for 20 hours per week. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, provide clear style advice, share product knowledge, pay attention to detail, and sell with care.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring all customers feel seen and comfortable in the store.
- Provide clear style advice by helping customers find frames that suit them and offering helpful styling tips.
- Share knowledge by explaining the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits so customers can make the right choice.
- Pay attention to every detail by polishing lenses, adjusting frames, and ensuring every pair looks perfect and is ready to wear.
- Sell with care by guiding customers through options like lens upgrades, coatings, and add-on products so they get exactly what they need.
Requirements
