About the Role
DXC Technology is seeking a Global Cyber Alliances Lead in the UK to develop and grow our strategic cybersecurity partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for building executive relationships, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, accelerating pipeline growth, and creating differentiated cybersecurity solutions with leading technology partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute DXC's global cybersecurity alliance strategy.
- Act as the primary liaison between DXC and key cybersecurity partners.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key cybersecurity partners.
- Develop alliance strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and client value.
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.
- Develop joint growth plans and business strategies.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify, influence and support strategic cybersecurity opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Sell-To, Sell-With and Sell-Through strategies.
- Create repeatable cybersecurity solutions combining partner technologies with DXC's services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to increase market visibility and drive demand generation.
- Promote joint value propositions.
- Lead executive engagement programmes with strategic cybersecurity partners.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews, performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Support commercial discussions, partner negotiations and alliance governance activities.
- Manage escalations and ensure productive, long-term partner relationships.
- Champion technical enablement, certification and training programmes.
- Drive awareness and adoption of partner technologies.
- Represent DXC at partner events, executive forums and cybersecurity industry engagements.
- Strengthen DXC's standing within strategic partner programmes and tiering structures.
- Monitor cybersecurity market trends and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience within the cybersecurity industry is essential.
- Significant experience in strategic alliances, partner management, business development or ecosystem leadership roles.
- Demonstrable success delivering revenue growth through technology partnerships.
- Strong experience working directly with major cybersecurity technology providers and vendors.
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders across complex organisations.
- Experience leading global or multi-regional partnership programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting complex business opportunities and partnership negotiations.
- Strong knowledge across several of the following areas: Zero Trust Security, SASE, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Security Operations (SecOps), Managed Security Services, Cyber Resilience and Risk Management.
- A collaborative relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven and motivated by delivering measurable business outcomes.
- An effective communicator with strong presentation and executive engagement skills.
- Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams.
- Strategic in approach while remaining focused on execution and results.
