About the Role

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn complex product applications and workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Professional business etiquette and customer-facing skills
  • Strong communication practices including timely reporting, coordination, and consultation with management and team members
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong territory management and strategic account planning capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Location flexibility: Position is not limited to the Tokyo area; candidates in locations with easy access to major cities are welcome.
  • Must be able to travel to Tokyo headquarters as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within assigned territory; international travel may be required
  • Basic English communication skills required; additional language skills are a plus
  • Good health and physical condition to meet the demands of the role
