About the Role
This Marketing Associate role is part of the International Brand Ambassador Programme, designed to develop future commercial, marketing, and advocacy talent. Participants gain hands-on experience in a global marketing or brand homes environment, with the potential to progress into an international Brand Ambassador role.
Responsibilities
- Support global marketing or brand home teams in delivering key strategic initiatives and projects.
- Gain exposure to international brand building, project management, commercial planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the growth of distilleries, visitor experiences, e-commerce channels, and direct-to-consumer engagement.
- Develop and execute campaigns to drive visitation, increase online sales, and strengthen brand awareness.
- Contribute to strategic projects focused on CRM, consumer journey optimisation, communications, PR, and innovative initiatives.
- Support the development and delivery of bespoke luxury experiences, product innovation projects, and brand activation.
- Act as a central point of contact across multiple departments for project delivery.
- Support the delivery of international marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
- Assist in the development and execution of activations, innovation launches, and market communications.
- Coordinate projects, monitor performance, share best practices, and provide operational support.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in marketing, sales, hospitality, commercial functions, or related disciplines.
- Right to work in the UK.
