About the Role

Support individuals to prepare for and secure employment that could change their life by identifying their employment match within the Workforce Australia Program.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
• Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles, and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose.
• Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring participants have the tools and support for success.
• Act as an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
• Celebrate every successful placement, big and small, with participants.
• Form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• A MyGovID (Standard level)
• Willing to complete a National Police Check
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check
