About the Role

We are seeking a performance marketing expert to drive campaign optimization, shape bidding strategies, and build measurement capabilities. This role focuses on unlocking incremental growth and efficiency gains across the performance media portfolio through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute channel strategy across key performance media channels.
• Set and own ROAS targets, balancing efficiency with growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to test new formats, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Design and lead incrementality testing initiatives to measure channel contribution.
• Partner with Analytics to refine attribution models and develop budget allocation frameworks.
• Develop and implement advanced bidding strategies across platforms.
• Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation and channel mix.
• Partner with creative teams to shape ad strategy and messaging.
• Collaborate with Product to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Provide performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with demonstrated strategic impact.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and shape channel roadmaps.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to balance short-term performance metrics with long-term customer value.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple departments.
• Ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable working with SQL or similar query languages to analyze data (preferred).
