Responsibilities

Assist the Product Operations team in designing and implementing scalable processes to support products and drive Trade Republic’s growth.
Coordinate customer communication across multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance.
Solve complex problems to continue Trade Republic’s success.
Continuously deliver impactful results for employees and customers.

Requirements

Fluency in English.
Currently enrolled in a university (study focus in computer science, physics, or other relevant fields).
Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment (high growth startup, leading management consulting firm, or investment bank).
Proficiency in SQL and a strong analytical mindset.
Interest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills, a highly organized work ethic, and a self-driven, dedicated attitude.
