About the Role

As a Working Student - Product Data & Analytics, you will support our RX Product Domain by helping Product Managers make data-driven decisions through analytics, reporting, experimentation, and AI-enabled insights. You will analyze product and customer data, evaluate product performance, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions that improve our products and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor product performance and business KPIs.
• Support product experiments by preparing datasets, measuring outcomes, and evaluating feature performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and AI specialists to develop data-driven product improvements.
• Explore and apply AI tools, including Generative AI, to improve internal processes and customer experience.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document analyses, experiment results, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing data through university projects, internships, or personal projects.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to present data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as an understanding of KPIs and business metrics.
• Interest in AI technologies and practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT or other Generative AI applications.
• Fluent English skills.
