About the Role

This position is responsible for servicing complex system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and performing warranty work. They are also responsible for analyzing customer needs and making suggestions regarding expanded product offerings to existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with cost estimates for minor system modifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex customer systems independently
  • Develop and implement hardware selections and software applications for assigned customers
  • Check-out and start-up control systems
  • Start-up, programming, and check-out of VFDs as well as load and test system databases
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors, when necessary
  • Complete documentation for assigned tasks
  • Suggest system improvements and modifications

Requirements

  • Three or more (3+) years of trade and/or relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated focus on the customer
  • Offer and Application Knowledge
  • SSX/EcoStruxture or Tridium knowledge and experience
