About the Role

We are looking for applied AI engineers to build AI-native systems for BJAK's AI Neobank app. This role focuses on building AI systems to automate workflows, improve products, reduce manual work, and simplify financial services for users and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve customer, product, and operations problems.
• Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to financial workflows.
• Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify valuable features and implement them rapidly.
• Design systems considering accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.
• Transform manual processes into scalable, reliable AI-enabled systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on engineering ability with a focus on building, not just AI strategy or management.
• Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
• Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar practical languages.
• Good judgment regarding automation decisions.
• Ability to ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability.
• Experience in Fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated technology career highlights, including personal contributions to building, shipping, or scaling significant products, platforms, or systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
