About the Role

Woven by Toyota's AD/ADAS organization is developing a scalable, data-driven approach to autonomous and assisted driving. The Product Delivery Team is responsible for assembling, testing, releasing, and integrating software products into the Toyota ecosystem. This role will lead a team of professionals supporting the integration and final release verification and validation of a production-intent software system, ensuring system-level constraints are identified and actioned.

Responsibilities

Own the integration function for Product Delivery (PD), ensuring requirements are driven into the software system design.
Own the technical realization of requirements, including decomposition, cross-functional alignment, and implementation governance.
Generate test methods from customer-level requirements or design studies, supporting end-to-end analysis and compliance with system-level requirements.
Ensure a hardware resource strategy and budget are in place, with appropriate governance mechanisms executed by the team.
Support the definition and execution of the end-to-end test strategy, coordinating testing levels and modalities.
Represent PD in cross-functional and external forums, acting as the accountable voice for system-level deliverables.
Support senior managers for hardware build & integration, ensuring their needs are met through approvals and management of concerns.

Requirements

8+ years of experience with software systems integration in a production setting, as an individual contributor or team lead.
Proven ability to launch software systems to production with a demonstrated track record.
Demonstrated ability to build teams, especially with respect to quality-associated deliverables.
Strong communication skills in a global team environment.
Fluent Japanese (native or near-native) and business-level English.
