About the Role

This commercially focused analyst role supports manufacturing operations by driving insights, costing, and performance reporting that influence business decisions. It plays a critical part in supporting operational performance, manufacturing costing, inventory management, and business reporting across Manassen Foods' operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage product costing, quotations and BOM maintenance analysing product profitability and manufacturing performance.
• Monitor inventory valuation, PPV reporting and costing accuracy.
• Deliver weekly manufacturing performance reporting and variance analysis identifying key performance drivers and budget variances.
• Provide insights to support continuous improvement.
• Complete monthly inventory, WIP and stock valuation reconciliations monitoring manufacturing variances and inventory performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory-related financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning activities.
• Assist with audits, statutory reporting and ABS submissions.
• Partner with Operations to drive informed decision-making providing financial support and insights to production teams.
• Build strong relationships across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain functions.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, operational finance or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset.
