About the Role
We are seeking an HR professional to establish the foundation for a scalable people function. This role involves operational excellence in processes, reliable recruiting, and efficient HR administration. You will have the opportunity to shape areas like employer branding, tool structures, and performance development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting processes from job posting and active sourcing to the first day of employment.
- Oversee HR administration, including contracts, onboarding documents, personnel files, and employment certificates.
- Identify and implement improvements for manual processes through AI tools, automation, and smart templates.
- Provide reliable on-site HR support for personal interactions and employee needs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of HR experience with a significant recruiting component, including independently filling positions.
- Knowledge of HR administration, including contracts, legal deadlines, and processes.
- Proficiency with HR software or ATS.
- A proactive approach to exploring AI tools.
- Very good German language skills (C1+).
- Enjoy working directly with people and fostering team contact.
