About the Role
As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the coordination and management of clinical trials, contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project and programme management workstreams to ensure quality and timeline expectations are met.
- Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
- Coordinate study activities including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
- Support the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
- Participate in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and develop team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
