About the Role
The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff.
Responsibilities
- Drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and governance across multiple concurrent projects
- Engage clinical teams, facility managers, contractors, and internal C&W service lines
- Lead procurement, contract administration, performance management, and delivery quality
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and building codes
- Manage budgets, variations, cost reviews, and commercial impacts
- Provide structured reporting across design, construction, and operational phases
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- Healthcare project delivery experience (mandatory)
- 7+ years’ experience in project management within construction, engineering, or healthcare
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing consultants and contractors
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen
- Ability to manage risk, compliance, and operational constraints in live facilities
- Experience delivering fit‑outs, refurbishments, building services upgrades, or capital works programs
