- Shape developer-friendly payment experiences, with a strong focus on APIs, integrations and scalable platform capabilities.
- Measure product performance, identify opportunities through analytics and experimentation, and use insights to guide roadmap decisions.
- Identify practical ways to leverage AI within the product and introduce automation that improves customer experiences and reduces manual effort across the business.
- Partner with sales, operations and go-to-market teams to support launches, enable growth opportunities and help bring new capabilities to market.
- Build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders, navigate competing priorities and keep delivery moving from concept through to launch.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience managing digital products within fintech, payments, banking or another regulated environment.
- Experience building or managing API-first products, with a solid understanding of how developers integrate with platforms.
- A background in software engineering, or a genuine interest in technology demonstrated through your work or personal projects, is highly regarded.
- You've used AI to improve the way products are built or delivered, or introduced automation that has reduced manual effort and improved outcomes.
- Experience translating customer insights into products that solve real problems.
