Responsibilities

Operate and further develop the SAP HCM system to maintain stable processes.
Analyze HR and payroll requirements, translate them into HCM solutions, and provide optimal consulting to business departments.
Adapt and extend time management and payroll DE to ensure correct settlements.
Contribute expertise in OM and company pension schemes to map HR structures.
Evaluate payroll and time logs and resolve errors to ensure reliable system operation.
Manage interfaces such as reporting procedures or financial postings to ensure smooth workflows.
Create test cases and support business tests for stable introduction of new solutions.

Requirements

More than 5 years of practical experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE) and Time Management (PT).
Sound knowledge in customizing time management and payroll.
Proficiency in German payroll, including schema and rule adjustments and reporting procedures.
Confidence in time evaluation, including schemas and rules.
Experience with year-end closing activities, considering legal changes and support packages.
Structured, independent work style, high diligence, and adherence to deadlines in payroll-related processes.
Very good German language skills (min. B2/C1).
