Responsibilities
- Manage software license requirements for large volume contracts with Microsoft, Adobe, and SAP within the Axel Springer Group.
- Monitor software usage and ensure compliance using various tools.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the process by liaising with internal customers, software manufacturers, procurement, and IT service providers.
- Contribute to IT projects and support with technical challenges using your expertise.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of the Office 365 Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interest in understanding software licenses, license models and metrics, and contract structures.
- Technical understanding and quick comprehension to efficiently learn new topics.
- Independent work, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills.
