Responsibilities

• Support the quality requirements of products and processes within series quality assurance and support the quality management system.
• Support the quality management system in modeling processes in the BPM tool and maintaining QM documents.
• Flexible support for quality-relevant measures in series support (e.g., analysis of failed parts).
• Conduct and evaluate quality checks on test stands and measuring equipment.
• Support the sorting, preparation, testing, and storage of components according to quality standards.
• Maintain and further develop work processes and their documentation for technical processes (work instructions, error catalog, etc.).
• Participate in the planning and implementation of sustainability concepts in the e-bike product area.

Requirements

• Students of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study from the 2nd semester onwards.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Interest in specializing in quality management is necessary, and initial practical experience in the quality field is desirable.
• Independent way of working, reliability, communicative behavior/demeanor, flexibility, and commitment.
• Very good German (C1) and English (C1) language skills, both written and spoken.
