About the Role

The Training Coordinator, Senior Specialist ensures the smooth and effective execution of training projects by managing and coordinating intake, development, and deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful learning programs. This role contributes to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Applies seasoned Training Coordination experience to independently resolve complex problems impacting training operations.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and proactively addresses problems within scope.
  • Makes recommendations on new processes, tools, and services for training operations.
  • Modifies existing LCoE tools, techniques, and processes with leadership approval.
  • Contributes actionable ideas in logistics and quality meeting sessions.
  • Cross trains in other overlapping LCoE areas (Onboarding, Training Quality and Compliance).
  • Manages project lifecycle of a deliverable, tracking key milestones and determining priorities.
  • Makes recommendations on process improvement and streamlining.
  • Manages PO and Invoice management, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Manages other team members to identify files for archiving at the end of each project.
  • Accountable for material upload and continuously works to improve and automate the archiving process.
  • Demonstrates initiative with new project requests and serves as SME for training coordination and execution.
  • Exercises effective interpersonal, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
  • Works on moderately complex assignments/projects with limited guidance.
  • Supports the Onboarding function of the LCoE team.
  • Supports operational audit initiatives.
  • Performs all UAT testing on LCoE deliverables, identifying patterns and making recommendations.
  • Leverages relationships across the LCoE team to improve outputs.
  • Creates and manages session schedules, invites, meeting links, rosters, and room bookings.
  • Reserves meeting rooms with appropriate A/V support.
  • Coordinates catering and supplies for in-person LCoE events.
  • Provides online support during live virtual sessions.
  • Supports instructor logistics, including travel guidelines, attendee rosters, and room set-up/AV requirements.
  • Manages production and delivery of printed course materials.
  • Manages all pre and post program activities and surveys for both face to face classroom and online training.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelors' degree.
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preference for prior training operations experience.
  • Performs all UAT testing on LCoE deliverables.
  • Leverage experience, identifies patterns in issues found and makes recommendations on resolution and development process improvement.
  • Leverage relationships across the LCoE team to improve outputs.
