Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, notices, and judgments
- Conduct legal research and analyze issues, including chains of title and tax matters
- Prepare for dockets and represent clients in court appearances
- Collaborate with staff on collection and litigation activities
- Communicate with clients, taxpayers, and opposing counsel
- Participate in business development, including networking events and statewide conferences
Requirements
- Admitted to the State Bar of Texas
- Ability to commute/relocate to Austin, TX 78731
- Willingness to travel 25%
