About the Role
Pace is seeking its first Partner Enablement hire to build and scale the partner function from scratch. This role will focus on transforming Pace's direct deployment expertise into a repeatable model for partners, enabling them to deploy Pace's agents, drive adoption, and expand usage.
Responsibilities
- Build the partner enablement engine, including onboarding, training, certification, and collateral.
- Codify deployment processes into a repeatable playbook for partners.
- Equip partners to drive executive-level value narratives, demonstrating ROI and operational impact.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to incorporate partner and customer feedback into the platform roadmap.
- Own partner outcomes, tracking adoption, impact, and expansion, and refining enablement strategies.
Requirements
- High autonomy, strong bias to action, and curiosity for customers and partners.
- Experience operating at the intersection of partnerships/channel, customers, product, and GTM.
- Ability to communicate clearly with executives, operators, and technical teams.
- Comfort in translating complex workflows into clear, executable steps and repeatable programs.
- High-ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.
- Bonus: Founder or startup experience, or experience building a channel, partner, or enablement function from zero.
