About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist within the General Insurance Claims team, you will ensure claims decisions, processes, and practices meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer care. You will identify improvement opportunities, influence better outcomes, and strengthen technical excellence. This role partners with leaders to provide insights that drive continuous improvement, support risk management, and enhance the customer experience, making a visible impact on Zurich’s transformation and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews across General Insurance claims portfolios to assess compliance, consistency, and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze trends and quality insights to identify improvement opportunities and reduce recurring issues.
  • Build strong relationships with claims leaders and stakeholders to influence quality outcomes and uplift capability.
  • Support governance activities by identifying regulatory risks and contributing to remediation initiatives.
  • Prepare and present quality reporting, findings, and recommendations to leadership and governance forums.
  • Contribute to training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives across claims teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working within the insurance industry, ideally with a strong focus on claims.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, auditing, governance, or senior claims roles.
  • Strong knowledge of General Insurance claims processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build effective stakeholder relationships across multiple levels.
