About the Role
As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining vehicle safety and performance.
Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes
- Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels
- Identifying maintenance and repair needs and communicating recommendations to the service advisor team
- Maintaining quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Following all safety procedures and dealership policies
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems
- Previous experience as an Express or Quick Lube Technician preferred
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment requirements
