About the Role
Regeneron is seeking a Key Account Manager, Oncology, Japan to join our Commercial Oncology team. This field-based role will lead Key Opinion Leader engagement and execute promotional events to strengthen relationships with clinical experts, while collaborating with internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Build Regeneron's reputation and relationships with key oncology healthcare professionals nationally, regionally, and locally.
- Plan and execute peer-to-peer events with Key Opinion Leaders, including web seminars, congress seminars, and area lecture meetings.
- Drive KOL engagement through advisory boards, speaker tours, and round-table discussions across oncology therapy areas.
- Deliver external collaborator engagement plans for national congresses and HCP meetings alongside cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Medical Science Liaisons to create and agree on an aligned brand strategy.
- Support Field Plan of Action development and field communications with the sales team.
- Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards in every interaction.
- Collaborate across complex, rapidly changing environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8–10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise managing KOL relationships and executing events such as congress seminars, web seminars, and lecture meetings.
- Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations related to promotional activities.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 80%, including some weekends.
