About the Role
Lead local oncology brand marketing strategy and execution for commercialized indications and future launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, Medical Affairs, and Sales. This role supports Regeneron's Japan business and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local brand planning process, analyzing competitive landscape and promotional opportunities.
- Develop customer-focused, differentiated messages for key target audiences across the oncology portfolio.
- Drive external collaborator engagement plans, including national congresses and HCP meetings.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to create and agree an aligned brand strategy.
- Manage local promotional materials and budget in line with approved spend and compliance standards.
- Collaborate confidently across cross-functional and cross-regional teams to align strategy.
- Take ownership to drive the business within a start-up organization.
- Adapt with a flexible mindset in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8–10+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
- Business-level English language skills, written and spoken.
- Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and regulations governing promotional activities.
- Expertise managing advertising agencies and suppliers, and developing annual budgets.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Oncology sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Science background preferred.
