About the Role

Lead local oncology brand marketing strategy and execution for Regeneron's Japan business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead local oncology brand strategy and provide input to global brand plans.
  • Drive the brand planning process, analyzing competition and identifying promotional opportunities.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to create and agree on an aligned brand strategy.
  • Deliver external collaborator engagement plans, including national congresses and HCP meetings.
  • Manage the local promotional budget and spend against approved limits.
  • Develop customer-focused, differentiated messages for key target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on Field Plans of Action and communications.
  • Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards in every action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with preference for a science background.
  • 5+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
  • Working knowledge of local healthcare compliance codes and promotional regulations.
  • Expertise managing advertising agencies and suppliers, and developing annual budgets.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, communication and presentation skills.
  • Written and spoken English language skills.
  • Oncology marketing experience preferred.
  • Product launch experience a plus.
