About the Role
Konekt is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contracting position to make a positive, lasting impact through exceptional client care by delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Use specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Support clients in identifying future employment or training options.
- Perform assessments including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or daily living assessments.
- Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships for successful partnerships.
Requirements
- Professional registration with AHPRA
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
