About the Role

Datacom is building an AI Centre of Enablement (AI CoE) to drive business and customer impact. This role is the operational heartbeat of the AI CoE, responsible for turning AI ideas into committed investments with tangible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the connective tissue between AI strategy, delivery, and value realization.
• Work with senior leaders, domain experts, and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives are prioritized, structured, governed, and delivered with commercial rigor.
• Lead the business casing process for prioritized AI use cases, including sizing opportunities, defining commercial models, and building benefits realization plans.
• Maintain the AI use case backlog, ensuring consistent filtering criteria, tracking status, scoring, ownership, dependencies, and benefits.
• Route approved use cases to appropriate delivery vehicles and oversee delivery streams.
• Track benefits realization back to business cases and coordinate between Lab proof points and scalable customer delivery.
• Develop and refine governance frameworks, stage gates, and delivery methodologies.
• Lead a flexible team of Project Managers who rotate across initiative squads.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes, ideally within technology, consulting, or a large enterprise environment.
• Strong business casing and investment prioritization skills.
• Experience with AI, data, or technology transformation programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority across a matrixed organization.
• A structured, outcomes-driven mindset.
• Experience managing and developing project managers or delivery leads.
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership and governance forums.
