About the Role

This role involves proposing and selling Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), the most advanced infrastructure solution covering compute, platform, database, AI, and more, to leading Japanese corporations in manufacturing, machinery, chemicals, and general industries. A key focus is on Oracle Database 26ai, a cutting-edge solution with Vector Search and Deep Data Security capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Propose, expand, and promote the utilization of OCI (PaaS and IaaS) for customers in manufacturing, machinery, chemicals, and general industries.
• Collaborate with presales engineers and consultants to drive business.
• Work with sales representatives from other domains, such as SaaS, to expand Oracle's business and improve customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, to create business opportunities.
• Promote cloud business by cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including technical departments.
• Propose cloud migration for existing systems.
• Propose new business initiatives to existing customers utilizing Oracle solutions.
• Facilitate customer DX and innovation.
• Contribute with creativity and planning skills to build businesses together with customers.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years or more of sales experience in IT solutions for corporations.
• New business development experience.
• Interest in cloud technology.
• Ability to contribute to teamwork.
