About the Role

Lead the successful delivery of major capital projects across a diverse property portfolio, managing projects from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, programme, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end project delivery from business case approval through to handover and defects close-out.
Managing project scope, programmes, budgets, risks, quality, and compliance requirements.
Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders across all project phases.
Supporting procurement, contract administration, cost management, and construction delivery.
Ensuring projects meet operational needs while maintaining a resident-first approach.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience delivering complex building, infrastructure or capital works projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
Strong knowledge of project controls, procurement, contracts, cost forecasting and risk management.
Understanding of NSW planning, building and WHS requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, property or a related discipline.
Experience in aged care, retirement living, health, disability accommodation or other live operating environments will be highly regarded.
