About the Role
The evolve Festival is a space for transformation and new impulses. We are a small, dynamic team at CiC Berlin working with passion to create an unforgettable experience. The spirit counts as much as the result. We are growing – and you can significantly shape the creative identity of our festival.
Responsibilities
- Create creative content (text, image, video) for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok etc.).
- Develop narratives around our speakers, workshops, and the festival philosophy.
- Maintain the content calendar and keep track of deadlines and trends.
- Work closely with the Communications & Distribution department to ensure content aligns with sales goals.
- Accompany our team and community events and capture moments that document our growth.
Requirements
- Studying Marketing, Media Management, Design, Journalism, or a similar field (focus on mandatory internship).
- A sense for aesthetics, modern design, and how to package messages emotionally.
- Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Nano Banana) is a big plus.
- Love the values of the evolve Festival and have a hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to pitch in within a small team, even when it's not 'creative work'.
- Organizational talent, work independently, and proactively contribute own ideas.
