Requirements
- 15–22 years of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience in enterprise delivery management
- Proven experience managing fixed-bid/fixed-fee engagements exceeding $2M from the vendor/consulting side
- Strong background in IT Services & Consulting organizations
- Experience managing complex public sector or government technology programs
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models
- Expertise in delivery governance, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder communication
