About the Role

As a Buyer & Forecast Planner, you will play a central role in our operations, acting as the interface between product management, operations, and finance to ensure the availability of bestsellers and the smooth launch of new products through data-driven, forward-thinking work with a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire operational purchasing of finished goods, primary and secondary packaging, including price negotiations, supplier communication, and data maintenance.
• Independently plan demand for all SKUs (Skincare, GWPs, packaging), considering seasonal peaks.
• Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and order cycles to proactively prevent bottlenecks and out-of-stocks.
• Coordinate closely with product management, graphics, and R&D for launch handovers, print data, or specification changes.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding deliveries, timings, and optimal goods flows.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of relevant experience in purchasing, disposition, or supply chain management, ideally in the consumer goods or cosmetics sector.
• Very good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and enjoyment of data-driven work.
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
