Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners to understand their financing needs.
• Build relationships with prospective clients through outbound calls and follow-up communication, educating clients on available business funding solutions.
• Manage and grow your own pipeline of qualified leads.
• Work closely with Senior Funding Managers to structure financing options for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up throughout the funding process.
• Continuously learn about business finance products and sales techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping small businesses reach their goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow with a willingness to be coached.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience is a plus—but not required.
