About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will manage store operations, oversee cash processes and stock integrity, and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence to ensure a productive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Set a spectacular example for the store team and customers
- Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Motivate and support the team based on company values
- Check and work deliveries
- Manage the till area
- Monitor KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
- Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines
Requirements
- Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management, delegation, and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence to support the team during shifts
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
- Employment conditional upon satisfactory references and potential DBS check

Salary/Compensations
- £41,800 - £50,600 per annum
