About the Role

This role provides high-quality executive and operational support to Geographic Directors and the wider Geographic Directorate, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the leadership team. The role also leads and contributes to corporate and network-wide initiatives to support strategic and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex diaries and meetings
  • Coordinating briefings and information
  • Handling correspondence
  • Supporting senior decision-making
  • Supporting projects, planning cycles, reporting, and budget monitoring
  • Working with teams across the organisation and wider network

Requirements
