About the Role
K&G Fashion Superstore is seeking Senior Customer Service Representatives to provide a world-class customer experience. This role involves assisting management with store operations, customer transactions, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist management with register opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor cash handling, perform audits, and conduct end-of-shift drawer counts.
- Follow standard operating procedures for customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions.
- Secure cash and negotiable documents.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques when assisting customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and needs.
- Replenish merchandise and assist with store layout and recovery.
- Maintain general housekeeping of the store.
- Monitor and maintain floor stock and fitting room areas.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, and twist.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.
- Ability to see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Ability to work well and consult with associates at all levels.
